    New seats anyone

Not sure if these are the xjs seats that fit the stag but if they are they are quite hard to find.

    Hi Steve.

They look like the later seats, but I'm not sure if they are the ones that fit the Stag.

I have never worked out why people don't put the TVR Chimaera and Griffith seats in the Stag. Very comfortable and supportive with similar fixings and a good quality leather trim. There was a TR6 at Bromley that had them this year. A single flick of a lever and they fold forward, so none of the usual objections.

Grey leather, with nice contoured headreasts just like the Mk1 federal ones. My car is blue, and Mk1.
mmm.... methinks I might be tempted to bid. Then I will have to get some matching grey panels made up to order. I suppose that will not be too difficult.

Seconded. Comfortable too. Non stop drive from north Norfolk to south Sussex with no aches.

Repadding the stock ones makes a significant difference to the comfort factor and the look of the seats too. Mine are quite comfy after being repadded .

I also liked the original seats and was going to rebuild them until I found a set a leather tomcat seats on the Bay for £120iirc.

Partial retrim was likely to be nearer £700.

Fitted tomcat seats and I am mega happy with them, uber comfy, don't look too bad and 100% reversable should I want to reinstall Triumph seats at some point in the future.
