    A few jobs done

Hi all, just wanted to report the completion of a few more things on my stag. Firstly the steering rack has now been greased as advised by a few of you. Interestingly it didn't have a screwed in plug just a small plastic bung which had to be removed prior to the grease nipple been put in. Does the grease nipple really need to be removed or can it be left in there for next time?
Also, put a new temperature sender in, to match the gauge, so will see if it works a bit better. (My car had been fitted with after market gauges by the previous owner)
Finally, and just for fun, I have put a couple of stickers on the front wings. They can soon be removed if I change my mind, but for now I rather like the fact that my car has its original Triumph masterpiece inside it (sad I know...)
Just need a bit of a drier day to go and try things out, its piddling down at the moment!
    Cheers for now. Si.

Nice stickers. Could prevent the usual 'has it got the Rover V8?' question

          Did you make them yourself?

Hi Dave, no got them from a chap on eBay. He was doing them for rover v8, and I just asked if he could do them for Triumph instead. Only cost a few pounds. If you are interested the sellers name is "turnerco"

Si, like the sticker. I've left my grease nipple in but fitted with a dust cap. Been in for 5 years!!
