Unfortunately Nick we are a hotel in name only now. The last paying guests were in about 1978ish when new regulations were brought in and the then owners decided it wasn't financialy viable to comply. (Still isn't!). But the name was retained to differentiate us from the other Red Lion in town!
But - we do have a function room that holds about 80 odd and a huge car park as you may have seen from the map as well as a huge beer garden. Enough space to bring all your Stags! Plus plenty of good hotels, B&B's and Guest Houses if anyone is coming up to God's chosen land in the summertime. (Summertime - what's that?)

the word is definitly 'odd' sounds like a runner checked my sat nav your about 200 mile away, are the stig and kingpin attending?
know what you mean about the summer, been over a week since i needed to water the palm trees!!
