If you first upload the photos you want to post to a Website such as "photobucket" or "Flickr", it makes it easier to include them in a post by clicking on the "image" icon, then clicking on insert "from URL". "Paste" the URL address of the picture(s) you have uploaded, untick the box that says "retrieve remote file and reference locally", then click "O.K." and bingo your image will immediately be inserted, but you can choose to "centralise" it if you wish by clicking the appropriate box on the "go advanced" menu. Photobucket allows you to "copy" the URL address of either an individual photo, or a whole Album, and I assume Flickr does to. Neither cost anything and I find it a great way of storing and sharing photos.Originally posted by rac View Postis it a secret or is it that complicated it can't be put into words?
perhaps others on the forum would like to know how as well
just a thought.
For example below is the Link to my "Car Photos" Album on Photobucket containing I think over 50 miscellaneous photos of cars (not just my Stag), including the 2012 Calendar, and below that I have selected one of those photos (at random) to include in this post, a very rare event - a wet day in Tenerife with my Stag parked next to a P1800 Volvo waiting to take part in a Rallye that had to be cancelled because of the weather!.

As Terry said (I use Photobucket for mine but FlickR is used with success by many too).
If the photo is stored on your PC you can also add it as an attachment to your post by clicking the image icon just above the posting back (where you write your forum post). From the 'Open' box that comes up on your scree, you can go to the relevant folder and upload your photo that way
.
An FAQ maybe for next time? I have seen this on many a forum now
