chrome trims

can the straight chrome trims be bent to fit the better ( they stick out by the horsehoes )

Hi Dave, basically, no, if pushing them onto the clips doesn't work, any attempt to bend them will produce a nasty kink. Are you certain you have the correct one ? They're all slightly different. Martin.

its the front ones the bottom one fits just not great,but my problem is the top one it sticks out by the horsehoes, i think it was ment to be the bottom originaly and some one has cut it to fit the top

The original clips aren't the best. Have you tried fitting it without the clips if it fits without the clips then you might want to consider glueing it on. Lot's have done this with the horseshoes.

i am glueing it on but the top chrome strip is not that good a fit on the end,ill see if i can find one at stonleigh, if not ill try to bend this one
