Rear axle

The anti- vibration strap on the rear axle which attaches to front bush and.............

cantfind where other end fits. Body has been weld in this area where strap goes

forward ,should there be a hole in the floor? Any ideas or better still photo. of

Yes, there should be a hole in the corner of the floorpan. The strap bolts up through this hole, with a large washer on the 'outside'.

Inside, mine had a square nut - actually a rectangular section of metal with a tapped hole in it...! Still was the same both sides so must be right(?).

I've got a picture at home - taken with my camera phone so not great. I'll post it up later.

Sorry for the delay - my photos were all of the bush mounting and didn't quite include the front of the strap.
