are the exhaust valves for unleaded made of stainless steel

Don't know Dave, but the TR7 valves, unleaded, are the only ones available, unless you've been extremely unlucky. Martin.
PS, have you tried one of those E10 green bulbs yet.

no have not tried them yet,but theres no green line or marker so still think there wrong

I looked again this afternoon and they appear to have a white band, not a green one, get a bit of wire and stick one across a battery. Martin.
