Lots of Triumphs out and about in Cheshire today

Having spent the morning papering a bedroom ceiling at my parents house whilst the sun was shining,this afternoon I decided to take the Stag for a run over to Bickerton and give the dog a walk along the sandstone trail. At which point it promptly started to rain. Anyway on the return journey via Peckforton and Bunbury I passed a multitude of Triumphs on the A49 and A51. Many were sporting bodyside number stickers and included a Dolomite, GT6, 2000, Herald to name but a few. I didn't see any stags. Anybody know what the event was?
