stag with 5 speed manual gearbox

have booked my stag in for mot (wednesday) speaking to a guy in the workshop who told me that his dad has a white tax exempt stag triumph v8 fitted with a sdi 5 speed gearbox any one seen this

It has been done, but not that common.
Of course the TR7 had the 5 speed box tied to the triumph OHC, and the conversion is based on this fact.
The conversion was detaied in an old 80's SOC Magazine.
