iv'e taken photos of my cylinder head im reconditioning ,on my i phone how do i get the photos from the i phone on the computer

Just hook it up to your pc. It sees it as an storage device. And just copy the pictures to your hard disk.

Email them to your pc then save them to your albums and post them as normal. Or sync them to your pc and post from there.

as Alex has said for a Windows system, or if a Mac, just sync it via iTunes and then select the image you are after from the iPhoto
