Engine oil - brand/spec and how much

Car's going in for a service and MoT (wish me luck). I said I'd provide the oil. Any recommendations? And how much do I need for an oil change?

Hi Richard, Valvoline Racing 20-50 VR1, you'll need five litres including filter. Euro Car Parts sell it at a discount to SOC members, have a look in the magazine for details. Martin.

I have heard good reports regarding the Valvoline oil.

Mine is running on Millers 20W50 rather well at the moment .
