Can't believe it but the Stag is ready for final tuneup, wheel alignment etc and hopefully MOT !

Covered a million jobs today but unusually they all went pretty well. Excuse the self indulgence with all the pics, but I was skipping around with my camera like a 12 year old !

I don't think you can take too many photos of something that looks sooooo good.

Just looked on my Flickr site and I have taken 7300 photos i would think 80% of my Stag, they have had over 80,000 hits

I hope I'm being fair to all if I say both !

I had experts doing engine build, body welding and painting, and suspension reassembly, together with the retrimming of the seats and panels in leather. I did the full dismantling and have done most of the reassembly including the interior.

I cannot really believe I've finished - there seem to have been thousands of jobs to do. If I'm totally honest, the parcel shelf isn't in yet, and thanks to Rimmers, I opened up my wool carpet set to find it was left hand drive ! All the carpers fitted but I'm waiting for replacement footwell carpets which don't fit round the steering column etc.

Although I have a sneaking suspicion that UDS641R is still being restored somewhere and you went and bought another one
