Sorry but you posted to an area where no-one can answer!
I think this post might help get it moved?
Anyway, the answer is probably to reset the adjuster so the shoe position fits the drum diameter.
Disconnect the handbrake cable.
Lift the smaller sprung loaded part of the serrated adjuster to allow the larger serrated piece to move away from the handbrake lever.
Some pics would help here but I havent got any!

Got the drums and old shoes off to replace the brake cylinder. I just can't get the pistons to close enough to allow the shoes to close enough to get the drum back on. Any thoughts or suggestions gratefully received.
