Wiper swept area

Is it possible to increase the wiper angle of sweep? Mine is about 90 degrees which leaves a large area in the middle not touched. Ive heard of 135 degree wheel boxes but are they available for a Stag. Any advice would be very welcome as long as I dont have to park the blades four inches up!!!

Hi Paul,
they were never great i think, i have adjusted mine for a happy medium, if you look at pictures you will find the passenger side is always higher up on the screen, i'm sure someone has found a cure though

Hiya Paul, you may have the wrong wiper motor if it's as bad as you say, the TR6 one fits but the stroke is wrong. If you take the motor cover off, and your lucky, you may find more than one hole in the large drive wheel, you can then move the drive further out in its circumference. I don't believe you can change the stroke with different wheel boxes. Martin.
