I recently had my rear bumper rechromed and it came back almost as badly pitted as it was before. I am trying to get my money back in the Small Claims Court but can't find any Association for the Plating Industry. I was hoping to get an expert opinion on the job before going to court. Does anyone have any ideas about this?.
