Run out to Llandudno - date, timings and meeting point
I had an absolute brilliant day; just need to apologize for going in 2nd child hood once the 9 stags went into the conwy tunnels;the sound was awsome!! Many, many thanks again to Bruce for organising today.Brill!!!
pics show the stags en route/ Steve going thru the fjord/Brian in the arch of Conwy castle/stags driving past castle & thru the town.
Nice to meet you all today!
Bigthanks to Bruce for organising a really interesting and varied route toLlandudno yesterday. Good to see Bruce, Dale, Brian and Neil again, and also tomeet Steve, Tony, Simon and Andrew.
Weather was pretty kind to us, with a goodly number of sunny spells, thoughBruce did omit to advise us to bring stanchions and ropes to which we couldattach ourselves as the wind was so fierce on The Great Orme.
Some great respect being shown to the Stags, with roundabout traffic(sometimes!) giving us right of way to allow all 9 of us to stay together. Also, many admiring glances (stares even!) and remarks as we passed through thelovely town of Conwy. I took photos but very similar to those already posted sono real point in posting them.
