Back on the engine after 4 months

Hey all,

managed to clear some space, and with the aid of Martin's 18" monster stilsons, the crank pulley and surrounding are off. took 2 mins.
looking at the crank shaft, con rods and the pistons, they all look really quite clean and in very good nick, so I think I might have some luck going forward.
Back on it tomorrow, aiming to get the crank case stripped and off to machine shop for cleaning, hot wash and water port clean out. Also dressed.

looking forward to getting moving again..

taking it a bit at a time..they are getting better..got a week in mexico coming so plenty of R & R and learning the art of lifting a beer glass..
