it would probably pay to make personal pictures unique via a signature or other personel mark digititaly imposed to prevent such copywright issues.

Hi Steve, been meaning to ask you for an eMail address - he's taken some photos of the tank before it was restored some time back. If I could send them to you you'd have a better idea of what it's all about.
I'm not too worried about the pic use this time - if it were a company selling the things for £75 it would be another matter. The term "Public Domain" is often misunderstood. I'm just happy that a dimensioned sketch I did (so it seems) may help yet another Stag owner.
