Hi, Can anyone recommend an additive for a noisy differential.

I put some Wynns in mine it's for leaky and noisy diffs. It didn't cue it but definitely made an improvement so I guess I would recommend it. I did change the oil as well.
I use Penrite EP85 - 140 oil in mine which did have the effect of quietening it slightly and also slowed the leak I have a little. It has bought me a little time but a diff rebuild will still be needed. May be worth a go...
My diff became noisy on a round trip to the Isle of Wight last Spring. Glad I took it apart straight away as one of the bearings was disintegrating rapidly, at least I got away with a bearing set rather than needing a crownwheel and pinion which the rapidly accumulating swarf would have destroyed in no time
