For those interested - current edition (the June issue) has some stuff about Ferguson - and my motor!
Unfortunately, as my car is white, it got placed at the back of the trio of cars for the pictures on the road - as it would have drawn the eye away from the others had it been at the front. Bottoms..........
He (Martin Buckley) liked driving it - especially when encouraged to give it a bit of wellie - when it simply goes in the direction the front wheels are pointed in.
That is until the point where the laws of physics take over and it simply slides sideways - which I nicely discovered when taking it out on the Doughnuts area at the Porsche Experience in Silverstone as part of the excellent Milton Keynes Classic run. Doughnuts, my car just does not do!
Thanks to Clive Tate for the gearbox that is complimented in the article, Paul in Henley whose servo and master cylinder I have borrowed while the pain (time, and to wallet) of getting my Dunlop one fixed continues, and Emhrys Barrell for putting the journalist on to me in the first place.
