The holder it is just a push fit in the instrument casing.
If you can't get the bulb out of the holder then use a piece of rubber hose to push over the bulb to get a grip to tturn it. I use a piece of fuel hose trimmed at the end to make the wall thinner.
they are the same design as the rear bulb holders, it has a red and white wire, i used a pair of long nosed pliers, to grab the bulb holder, also bent a few of the spades in a little so they didnt grip as hard when i put them back in, just to ease removal the next time
