failed fuel pump

Guys - had a good run out yesterday until (for the first time in 15 years !!) my "red top" Facet fuel pump gave up (while doing 50 + mph - quite a shock at how quick it ran dry and engine stopped). I got it going again by tapping the unit quite sharply. Does anyone know if these are serviceable / repairable ? - it doesn't look like it though

Buy a new one Ian. Not that expensive and a lot less hassle to fit a new one than to repair an old one IMO.
