At yesterdays M.O.T the tester spotted a split gaitor to the offside track rod end. Having known him for ages he passed it on the promise I would attend to it. Ordered a pair from Robsport yesterday at 4pm and they arrived at 10.30 today. (good Service) Jacked the car up and changed both in about forty minutes, for once a job on the Stag was easy! So feeling quite pleased I thought I would put the wheels back on, go and get the tracking set and then go for a drive in this excellent weather. Got to the last wheel nut and the bloody stud sheered. I have now had to order a couple of new studs (one as a spare) and a new wheel nut because I cant get the remaining stud out of it. Forecast tomorrow pi***ng down again!!!
