Royal Mail - bless their little cotton socks!

When I was preparing the purchase of my interior, I had some questions concerning the carpet colour for the door trim bottoms. Carol at Aldridge sent me some carpet swatches (samples) which I just received in a rather tatty and torn envelope, sealed in a Royal Mail plastic bag with apologies about the condition of the posted item. Nice.
