Hi, Used the Rustbuster Slosh kit...prior to that repaired a couple of pinprick holes at the bottom with Araldite "90 seconds" and when dried fibre glassed it for good measures.
Sukh
looks fab Sukh, you've inspired me to do mine now, i have new carpets to fit so might as well take the tank out and repaint it, well done what have you painted it with?

The usual rub down first then used Halfrauds Etch primer on the bare metal areas followed by grey primer, then used gloss black aerosol left over from spraying my servo.

P.s. Well worth using the Rustbusters Slosh kit since you are going to have the tank off, "they" say the coating help against the new fuel amongst other things.
Forgot to add, Rustbusters advise/recommend putting some sharp stones in the tank when cleaning it out with their fluids....Well I had a hell of a time trying to get them OUT!..in the end I had a brain wave and used some BBQ thongs to good effect.
If you do use stones make sure they are not small ones ( if you want to use).
