Hi Sohail, For efficient running 90 degrees is about right, temp between 85 and 95 is ok. I think below eighty is bad as condensation would not get "burnt". I personally have set mine at about 97degrees. Anything above 100 would be too hot, but I don't think any damage would accur if it hovers around 100 though, but well above this then its asking for trouble.
I am sure you will get different figures from the guys....
I would get your car up to normal idling temperature and set it so that it is just off. That way it will kick in at anything that is just over normal fro your Stag. That's how I set mine - before I decided I didn't need it and took it off completely!
