horses for courses, my main line of thought is if you are working to capacity with the staff that you have and dont really want to do any more, why increase your workload in a medium that takes a lot of time to manage. ie a website.

having said that click and buy is here to stay, same a s sunday trading and more countrys being allowed into the eurovision song contest,.

:? the whole point of the website is to automate many of the order procesing steps - shouldn't take alot of time to manage - if it does the website needs a serious revamp. If you do not want to increase your turn-over you should easily be able to maintain your current levels but invest less time in it - more time available for other things !

Hi Andy its just the impression i get, personally i earn 95% of my commision at work based on orders taken on a b2b website, but 50% of my customers don't have an internet site themselves:?me too.
