Just wanted to say a quick thanks to Neil who correctly diagnosed my cluncking rear end as a worn out outer UJ.
Took your advice Neil and fitted the Wards Heavy Duty version,,great service from Wards ,but a pig to get in.
Took a few attempts due to bearings shifting.Used a tip from the Triumph 2000 forum and refridgerated the Uj for 1 hr or so this helps by firming up the grease and helps prevent bearing movement, thought this may help someone else.
Again Many thanks
Mark
