How chuffed am I 
Drove my 'new' Stag back from Halifax way on Monday night, err, nice journey in the dark, in a 'strange' car on the M62, M6 etc in torrential rain
Anyway, as per title, anyone on the forum know of the cars past, apart from Dave the previous owner that is! I have lots of documents that go back to 1987 and am probably clutching at straws, but thought it worth asking.
Car was 1st registered in London in 1973. Has its original number plate, never had a personal one and seems to have remained carmine since first built.
My blue '72 Stag is now going to be properly restored, rollover spit and all!
Will no doubt be back later for advice in trying to fix the few problems it has..........................tomorrows job it to get the hardtop to lock down properly, then take it off and see what the soft top is like!
