having had my stag since2004 and insured with sureterm direct all the way through I find Ihad to make a claim because some s+++ slashed my roof problem is £300 ecsess for a £550 bill as any body found this with this insurer.Cheers Tom

Hi Tom, I don't know them but that looks like a high excess, I guess you agreed it on taking up the policy. Bad luck with the hood, that's a real sod. Still, one way to look at it, £300 isn't a lot for a new hood Martin. -
My Capri 2.8 injection and then a couple of other cars were insured with them.....I found them to be really "greedy" they always used to find some ways to get more money out of me. Their customer service is not all that, I had enough when they started to wring more money out of me.
Aviva and Peter James now insure my cars, about 10 times cheaper....no hyperbole.
