loose strip under radiator grill

the steel strip in between the bottom of the radiator grill and bumber has come lose and is about to fall off. does anybody have any recommendations as to the best way of making it stay on. do I use some glue ? has obviously not be glued before as far as i can see.

i think he means the chrome strip,i stuck mine on with silicone but you can buy the clips rimmers sell them GHF1150

A few blobs of "Tigerseal" will do the trick.
