Funny How You Find a Car Show When You Least Expect Too.

My two teenage sons collect die-cast model aircraft and in order to finance Chris’s driving lessons they have been buying and selling these models.
This morning I was persuaded to get up at 5 and drive then 270miles to Manchester airport where there was a model fair underneath the Concorde they have there.
It was a pleasant surprise to walk round the corner to the entrance and find a Triumph Stag followed by numerous other classics. So a happy couple of hours taking pictures. It was nice to see some different cars.
It was a bit water logged but at least the Land Rovers could show off by pulling Ford Galaxy’s out of the car park backwards but otherwise it was a nice little show.

The boys spent a fortune so we all arrived home tired but happy

The motor home in the trailer was interesting

there was a lot of different interests, The planes, the models/toy fair, the preserved planes including Concorde, the Cars, The lorries, the Band. The hot air baloon even had the Co-op Funeral Service advertising on it.
