Is anyone going to the Silverstone Classic on Saturday from the Surrey/south regions,
I am and wondered if anyone wanted to travel up together.
Will probably head off around 6 ish. and of course it will be a lovely sunny day!!

Sorry to piggy back onto this thread, but does anyone know where the club pitch will be compared to last year?

My tickets were bought through another club, and I since sold that car and bought the Stag, need to know if I can come park on the Stag pitch where I now belong, bearing in mind all the infield passes are zoned.

Or will we all be fighting for the only bit of Silverstone still above water?

The pitch is in the same place as last year, and as long as your in the Stag and they will let you through your welcome.

I think your to late this has been advertised in the magazine since February, but to get the special price 3 day ticket with infield pass the closing date was the 31st March...If you can get in your welcome to come on the stand, the more the merrier think we have got 40 cars booked for Saturday...........Your only possibility is to ring this number 0871 231 0849 and see if you can collect from the circuit when you arrive..........Best of luck.

I have a spare infield pass and one adult ticket. You are welcome to them. It is for a stag but has my registration on it. It can be changed but its probably not necessary.

Thats strange mine has only got my name on it.......If it's got a wrong reg number the easiest thing is to say that car broke down, so I had to bring this one instead............But I dont think they check anyway.

Suspect it's a bit out off your direction but will be heading up from Beaconsfield on Sunday morning after meeting father-in-law so there'll be at least a french blue and mimosa travelling up the M40 Sunday morning. [On a separate note, what is a grouping of stags called?!]
