So even after rigerous testing and painstaking devolopment of my award winning Borg Warner 35 gearbox oil expansion chamber, the old girl dumped 1ltr of oil all over my driveway once again (just when I thought I had finally cracked it) I have now thrown the towel in and secured a BW65 compleat with converter. BUT I just need a propshaft to go with it, SO if anyone has one for sale please PM me. OH well onward and upward as they say. see you all at Malvern. Cheers Graham

I would let the gearbox find its own level i have left it alone it has found a level it`s happy with i have no problems with oil spitting out now.
when i tried to keep it on the dipstick marks all i got was hot gaerbox oil every where and white smoke.

Thank's for the info, but I tried that one and when it found it's own level (just below minium mark on the stick) it dropped out of gear on corners and flared up in reverse. the box has other issues as well. You are right about "finding its own level" in the bottom of the Alantic ocean methinks Graham
