Silverstone Classic - a great weekend

My days there were Friday and Staurday, and so I was one of those more than usually glad of a (occasionally) watertight club tent to huddle in.

Thanks to the stalwarts who set it all up, and especially to the ladies who valiantly dish up bacon rolls and hot drinks - much appreciated.

Also thanks to all that took the time to chat and educate this recent Stag convert.

Some superb vehicles to see all around the circuit. I do rather like this event, and to cap it all off, Buttercup was running even better after her two trips there than before. I think use suits her.

I agree. It was my first SOC event and I was only there in Saturday. A great day with some lovely people (thanks for the tea and bacon butties).
