Rocker cover rubber gaskets, I wonder if these are any better than cork & silicone

Came across this on ebay, and wondered what the general opinion would be on them.
I did purchase the slilicone one's and initially they seemed to be pretty good. However they to leak oil but not as much as the original cork one's

I have never had a problem with cork ones. All i do is cover them with petroleum jelly and fit make sure that cam covers are not splayed out in the middle
