Out of interest, the Register use Footman James as broker but can anyone tell me who the insurers / underwriters are? What does it say on the policy? I know that some of you have Stags and Tr's.

FJ have not been the Register's recommended broker for some time - it is, and has been for several years, Towergate.

Even though my 4 is insured through Towergate I can't remember who the insurance company is (not at home at the moment so cannot check) but I have a feeling that it is Allianz.

Mine is through Footman James (Used to be Bain Clarkson, then Aon, then transferred to FJ). The actual policy is with Royal & Sun Alliance.

I am with Peter James who use Equity Red Star. Incidentally Peter James will take owner valuations for stags up to £15K with only photographic evidence.
