Natinal day program of events

Hi I was looking at the list of events that are on over nationalweekend concourse , interviews, arena show , technical seminars and even a dogshow but I cant find a list of the times of these events is there one or is it just a case of turn up and hope you are in time for every thing

Unfortunately the programmes were not printed in time to go out with the passes. The programme will be handed to you as you go through the gate and the timed events are listed there. We have just scanned the relevant pages and will put them on the Forum for you. Sunday 1.00 pm we are inviting the Forum cars into the arena to be together. Stags are welcome to come to the arena for display on both days.

is the BBQ on Friday a "turn up and pay for your food" thing.

Its been advertised in the magazine and on the website as a Meat and Greet (Bring and Burn barbecue) with communal barbecues supplied but bring your own food. There are alternative food supplies for purchase too: a fish and chip wagon and the popular Stockmans bar will offer plate meals. Friday night is the Oilympics games - we hope you will dress up appropriately and dress up your cars and participate in the various games inside and outside the halls. There will be a lighting of the Oilympic torch and procession at around 6.00 pm Saturday offers a blues band and disco. Food will be available from take away wagons and Stockmans. Bars will be open.

You have obviously missed the website information and magazine information - Go to the website Members' Area look in the Diary of Events for National Weekend 2012.
Incidentally the Fun Run route is there too to print out.

Today is the last day for booking the discounted tickets. After today it is pay on the gate at TR prices.

You can leave your cars overnight at the showground. The Showground is not cleared overnight as there will be lots of folk on the site overnight camping and attending the various evening events.

Just remember to take your wristbands with you or you will pay at the gate the next morning!

Might sound a silly question but as there's a dog show I assume it's OK to bring dogs into the showground?

Not a silly question at all. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on leads please - cars will be moving about and one part of the showground is in use by the Horse Society or somesuch.
