i bought spare subframe arms to recondition for my rear suspension rebuild,when taking them apart it turns out one is bent my the subframe bush, (the subframe bush is also bent) would it be safe to bend it back into shape,or do i need another arm

the subframe arms are mild steel = low carbon steel no memory and can usualy be recovered without instilling any undue stresses.so it kinda depends how bad they are ,but if they were realy f....d youd of noticed and walked away instead of buying . so id say you can recover them.i am the eternal optomist...............
