Inside a Lumenition Power Module? Anyone ever taken the back off?

As per title, anyone have a photo of the insides of a Lumenition power module? I have been given one (plus the other necessary bits) and wondered about renewing the 6 wires that goes inside the module.

The back-plate is held on with 4 rivets, but before going to the trouble of 'relieving' them in order to look inside, I was wondering if anyone had already done this and could say whether wire renewal is possible or not?

    Cheers

When I stripped one down for repair I was disapointed to find the entire PCB had been coated in resin so I couldn't test or replace anything.

Yes - my understanding is that these circuits are "potted" - i.e. completely encapsulated in epxoy resin, only way to stop moisture getting in.
Header tanks - you can't beat a bit of bling.

Thanks for the info guys, I will not bother opening it up then and will use the existing wires. Cheers!
