Contacting Paddocks by email

Has anyone else had a problem with this?
I ordered some parts a while ago and there was a simple error in the order, I sent four emails with no reply and later ordered some other parts and reminded them of the previous error which they acknowledged, and now there is no reply to my emails again.
I'm sure its just a technical thing but why would they not receive my messages when they have my email address and send me order confirmations etc?

I've never had an issue with Paddocks...Always order online have had one or two minor mistakes (parts marked with wrong number and stored in wrong place type of mistake). Just picked up the phone and they sorted problem straight away.

Can't be bothered to ring them for a 2 quid part, just wondering why they aren't getting my emails.

Not everyone looks at emails.........even fewer look at pms.

When I sent the message with my second order they got that, but said they hadn't received my emails, which makes me wonder what's going on.
I prefer email to the phone because you can deal with them when it suits you. I can't ring them in the eve or weekend for example.
Anyway if they aren't going to read emails why have an email address?

I understand your point about email Kevin, but the reality is that some traders are more traditional than others...... In this case I'd opt for a phone call

I would guess there must be something wrong with the email system rather than Paddocks, in my experience they've always replied promptly.

I have experienced no problems contacting them via e-mail and find Graham and John very helpful.

Graham has always replied to my emails promptly and, as Bruce says, I have always found them very helpful.

It turns out that I'm not the only one to have issues with emailing Paddocks. I've been furnished with an alternative email address via PM from another forum member.
To cut a long story short and to put this to bed, I had a reply first thing this morning and the missing item is on its way.
