Mk2 rear cubby trim panels - chestnut vinyl

What would be the best option on returning the rear cubby panels back to original i.e. no speakers centred in the cubby hole? I bought my car with them recently and don’t like the speakers where they are. Are the panels easily repaired (where would I get the chestnut vinyl from)?

Or would it be easier to replace the panel’s altogether - where can these be found within the SOC and not a eBay poor quality copies I have heard about.

    Cheers

I dont know if you have checked out Aldridge Trimming.... they do sell on ebay but I wouldnt consider them cheap copies. They look OK to me and at £180 each they would want to be! (You would need to ring them with your colour choice I think). I bought my bulkhead insulator pad from them and it was an excellent fit and good quality.

Sorry I did them an injustice.. the price is for a pair. Makes them cheap compared to RB's

For what it's worth, I've had some chestnut vinyl from Aldridge and the match was excellent.

If you get in touch with them, they will even send you a sample F.O.C

      (No connection etc, etc,)

      Cheers
