German Stag Meeting from 14th to 16th September 2012

Helly everybody,

how many of you attended this meeting? I reckon Drew did? I myself could not, as I was on a tour through Southern Bavaria and Tyrol with some TR friends. Great tour in lovely weather.
One part of the tour took us through the (in-)famous Hahntennjoch: 29 km of steep and narrow road. See here: http://www.google.de/#hl=de&gs_nf=1&...w=1024&bih=555
I would not have wanted to go down the 19% in my automatic Stag....

Hello Dieter,

I was involved in this great meeting. It was a good feeling with almost 30 STAGs from Germany, Austria and GB to enjoy the Bavarian countryside. You've missed something, but it was your decision to prefer the TR for this weekend

Hi Dieter and Gerd,

the Stag meet was great and the weather fortunately pulled itself together for a blazing sunny outing or two. I was pleasantly surprised to see that several German members DO use this forum regularly even if they don't post much. I was there in my orange 4 cylinder with the roof from the late Cologne barock period!

It was nice to meet you. Your 4-cylinder was a welcome splash in the herd of mainly red Stags.

Hi,
I am a bit late as we toured after the meeting with John and Elaine Craddock for one week to Berchtesgaden. A perfect site to enjoy the Alpes at their best. An unbelievable mountain scenery between Kufstein and Bischofshofen and in Berchtesgaden. If you ever go there do not miss the Rossfeld Race track. Back to Berchtesgaden you cannot avoid going down 24 %...... Two Stags made it without a problem.
Yes, it was one of the best meetings with 33 Stags and one Escort . I can say that as we attended all German meetings since 1993.
