And from the outside it fits your standard 1/2" drive socket and gives you a good feel of what the stud is doing and keeps the forces inline with the drill/tapped hole.

Draper do a similar set which i have - i think it was around £25 for a set of 4 (6/8/10/12 mm)from local tool shop
