The Stag just scrapped through the MOT today
a few bushes at the front were advisory and the twin blade wipers need replacing
so now I will be able to work on the engine to get the head gaskets replaced with the knowledge that I can use it as soon as I get it fixed

Thought I better get started on removing the heads as I was feeling left out as I hate to count the number of Beds Area members that have had problems with there heads this year
hopefully I can borrow the head removal tool and get the heads back on before Anthony gets his engine rebuilt and back in
Target is to be up and running for Aston Clinton next year

Last I heard John (Franklin) still had the tool. must have finished with it by now.

I am not sure it's fair to pick a race with Anthony but it will be good to see you both ready in time for the start of the season next year.

well done roger,
got mine next month,just need to find a classic friendly mot station ! gave up on the last one ...........very keen to fault for the slightest thing and a miserable old git to boot.

It seems awfully harsh to have your car scrapped just for those faults
