Not sad at al Alan ,I would love something like that ,bags of potential I.if you squint you can almost see a nice big double garage and workshop on the side
I thought the house looked a bit run down compaired to that lovley stag shed with chimney and double glazing and tv arieal lol

there before you guys, a double garage with the workshop on the rear, plenty of room at the back, fields on 3 sides, cant wait, not everybodys cup of tea, we just want some peace and quiet now, and i can work on the stag and have bacon butties and coffee on tap, it was renervated in 2008, windows boiler etc, and kitchen, perfect for us

Thanks Mart, Dan, got so many plans, we need to fit patio doors on the back wall of the dining room, and knock one wall out of the bathroom, then its just decoration, cant wait to get started, hope the neighbours understand for a while
Looks good to me Alan, I've also not long moved to a bungalow out in the villages for a bit of peace n quiet, not that its quiet anymore with the TV8 .
Is this the place in Helpringham? Might have a run out there sometime, poss' with Dave M as well, after you've settled in, I'm a bit partial to bacon butties
