Hi, I have now rebuilt my M/C. Paddocks (Graham) were very kind in giving me a refund for the new one that leaked. Got the rubbers from LDparts.
Here are a few lousy pics.
All in all not too bad a job to strip and rebuild. Would you believe the hardest part I found was getting the pin out to separate the piston in order to change the rubbers and NOT the circlip that is deep inside.
The best way to get at the inner circlip is to use an electricians (thin) screwdriver!!! or a hook fashioned out of a coat hanger!! just get one side of the circlip to lift then drag it out.
I know.... I know!!! its painted red, but hey! I like it ...so every man to himself.
