    Fantastic Service

I know sometimes some of the dealers get quite a hard time on here for their customer service, but I must give credit to Rimmers.

I ordered a new CV Jointed prop online yesterday (Monday) at around 3pm in the hope it would be here for the weekend for me to fit. To my amazement it arrived this morning less than 20 hours later at the door. Now that's what I call service.

    Dave.

Rimmers and Robsport in all fairness have sent out stuff fairly quickly whenever I have ordered stuff (in the case of one of them, faster than I expected).

I have also always had good service from Paddocks too!

Agreed. Paddocks are up there for speed of delivery. Most parts i've ordered have arrived next day if I placed the order early enough.

I agree about Rimmers. They're really quick if you ask them. I just think they need to look at the quality of some of their parts, which varies a bit.

I think Paddocks service is as good as Rimmers, and you pay less too.

In the past I have ordered things form Rimmers and it was on back order for ages. When I followed up for one of the items a month or so later, I was told it was no longer available.
I would have bought the prop from Paddocks, but they when I spoke them, they told me they are not doing any more Stag props as the cost is getting too much. So therefore I used Rimmers this time.

Had my first experience of James Paddock today, ordered a G/Box cooler yesterday at 15:15 selected free economy delivery. To my surprise it arrive 9:30 this morning.

Paddocks - I ordered a pile of suspension bits this week, and accidentally ordered up the wrong bush kit - I got a call from them pointing this out (because everything else was for a stag) asking me if I really wanted a honda bush kit............ now that's intellegent service! and it all arrived the next day - in fact I had orders into LD, Wards and Paddock on Monday night and all the stuff arrived by Thursday morning - and all on their standard delivery services.............. (not express at vast expense)

Just a pity everything costs so much............... mind you when you compare it to the cost of Merc bits its not so bad after all.
