suggest that door is removed and hinge removed put in a vice and drift out.
Or just replace whole hinge the brothers have them in stock and a couple of s/hand ones
I repaired a hinge on my door the pin would not budge I ended up drilling it out at work I could not have done this in my garage i ended up using hardened drill bits it was a pain. If I had local supplier i would have bought a recon or used one.
