    Yet another bit required!

I've almost got to the part, on one side at least where I am adding material back rather that taking it off, but not quite!

I am about to replace the floor on the driver's side and I have the front outrigger to replace (new outrigger purchased) but if you come back from that outrigger, roughly in line with the gearbox cross-member there is what appears to be another outrigger. Does that have a particular name as that requires replacing as well and I can't find a specific spare panel.

Do I just buy another front outrigger and shorten it accordingly?

Sounds like 908107 Gearbox Cross Member to me? Can't say I've ever seen it as a spare part.

    The answer isn't 42, it's 1/137

I think the bit you're looking for is usually described in the parts lists of the usual parts suppliers as something like 'rear outrigger' - not to be confused with 'rear chassis rail' which is different (and more expensive!) It usually has a part number specific to the individual supplier (not a Triumph number) as it is just a repair section for the straight outer bit of the gearbox cross member.

Thanks, just spoken to Robsport. It's the "Rear Outrigger" even though it's situated in the middle!

Next - remove the drivers floor - scary! (But a chance to use my new Plasma Cutter :-)

        Cheers
